Digital print Icon copies are made of 180g luxury paper using the four-color silk-screen printing method. The use of high quality materials helps it to remain unchanged for a long time.

Rooted in Greece. Inspired by centuries of Orthodox tradition.
Our story began in 2010, with a deep interest in Byzantine iconography and a desire to preserve and share the beauty of the Orthodox tradition. For centuries, Byzantine iconographers have followed a sacred artistic tradition passed from generation to generation.
At AthosIconsShop, we draw inspiration from this heritage and from the work of the great iconographers who shaped Orthodox iconography through the centuries.
Our icons are created in Greece, at the heart of a living Orthodox tradition, where churches, monasteries, and chapels continue to preserve countless generations of sacred icons and religious art.
Made by Hand in Greece
We are a family business, and our icons are made by hand using traditional methods, without industrial machinery or mass-production equipment. We believe that an Orthodox icon should retain the character and spirit of the tradition from which it comes.
Every piece is therefore carefully prepared with respect for the principles, forms, and visual language of Byzantine iconography.
Bringing Byzantine Icons Into Your Home
A traditional, hand-painted Byzantine icon can be a beautiful and meaningful work of art, but we also understand that an original hand-painted icon can be beyond the budget of many families.
This is why we create carefully crafted reproductions of Byzantine icons.
Our purpose is simple: to make it possible for more people to bring into their homes an icon inspired by the sacred icons they may have encountered in Orthodox churches and monasteries, without the high cost of an original iconographic work.

More Than a Collection of Icons
Over the years, we have built a large collection of Orthodox and Byzantine icons, but we know that no collection can contain every Saint or every iconographic subject.
If you are looking for a particular Saint, icon, size, or subject that you cannot find in our shop, please contact us. We are always happy to help you find the right icon or discuss a special request.
