Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 2–5 business days, excluding national holidays and public strikes.
Custom-made or costume orders are typically shipped within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Methods

We primarily use ELTA Hellenic Post and FedEx for our deliveries.

• Samples and orders with free shipping are sent via standard tracked mail.
• Expedited Shipping via FedEx International Priority is available during checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days for EU countries, 3–5 business days for the USA and Canada and 3–8 business days of all other counrties.  Please note that this service comes at an additional cost, covered by the customer.

• European Union (EU): 5–7 business days
• Non-EU Europe: 7–9 business days
• Middle East / Asia Minor: 7–9 business days
• USA: 10–12 business days
• Canada: 10–15 business days
• South America: 10–15 business days
• Australia / Far East / Asia Pacific / South Africa: 10–15 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on your local postal provider’s website (e.g., USPS for the United States).
